Your information and artwork
What this site collects
Images selected in the designer are sent securely to Ten Tees to prepare their previews. They are saved with an order only when you submit its request. Technical upload-error reports contain an error category, file size, and a random reference; they exclude the image, filename, and local file path.
When you submit a request, we store your name, email, optional phone number, delivery details, order notes, product selections, and artwork. Your private order page stores quote approvals, messages, payment status, and fulfillment updates.
Email signup is separate and optional. We record the email address, optional name, consent text, signup time, and unsubscribe preference.
How it is used
Ten Tees uses order information to review your request, communicate with you, prepare artwork, and fulfill your order. Marketing signups are used for Ten Tees news and offers. An order request does not automatically add you to the marketing list.
Who can access it
The Ten Tees owner can access customer records and artwork in a protected dashboard. Your private order link also grants access to that order, so keep it private. Our hosting and storage providers process the site’s data. If online payment is available, Stripe collects payment details on its own checkout page; this site does not collect or store your card number.
Information on your device
Your draft cart and private order links may be saved in this browser. Submitted requests and artwork are stored by Ten Tees, so clearing your browser does not delete a submitted order. A secure order-access cookie may keep your request available on this device. On a shared device, avoid saving private links.
Your choices
Use the unsubscribe link shown after signup, or email Ten Tees to stop marketing messages. Contact us to request access, corrections, or deletion of information. Some completed-order records may need to be retained for business and payment records.
